The Galesburg Area Convention and Visitors Bureau provides direction and services with friendliness and courtesy to help make your meeting or convention a success. With meeting facilities to adequately accommodate groups of up to 1000 delegates, Galesburg is the ideal site for mid-size conventions.
Galesburg's overnight accommodations offer true convenience to convention-goers. Nearly 700 rooms provide a choice of comfortable accommodations. Our lodging facilities offer banquet space for 300 and up to 1000 can be seated in the Orpheum Theatre.

Registration: We can provide computer-generated name tags. Our trained Hospitality Guides will assist in registration and be available to answer questions.
Pre-Convention Promotion: News releases for statewide, regional and local news media can be prepared and distributed by the Bureau. We provide visitor's guides, maps and brochures on area attractions and special events. We will work with groups on their unique and specialized promotions.
